2. Data We Collect

Face Data & AI Analysis

Collection: We collect a standard 2D image (selfie) that you voluntarily select or capture for the sole purpose of color analysis.

Usage: This image is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini API) to extract color values from your skin, hair, and eyes. We do not use this data to identify you or for any other purpose.

Data Retention (How long we keep it):
- Our Servers: We do not store your face data. The image is processed transiently in memory and is discarded immediately after the analysis is complete.
- Third-Party (Google Gemini): We use the enterprise Google Gemini API. According to Google's data privacy terms for API usage, your images are not used to train their models and are not stored persistently. They are processed transiently and deleted.
Sharing: We do not share your face data with any third parties other than our AI provider (Google) for the strict purpose of analysis described above.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app.
Purchases: Transaction history is processed by RevenueCat and Apple to manage your subscription. We do not store your credit card information.
